Latitude360 Covers Everything from eLearning to eSolutions
Latitude360, was formed as a separate business unit of Columbia-
based RWD Technologies in April 2000. At the time of
Latitude360's formation, RWD was divided into four groups;
eSolutions, Internet Technologies, eLearning, Enterprise Systems
and Manufacturing Performance. RWD established Latitude360 by
combining the Internet Technologies and eLearning groups, in order
to create an identity for its Internet and eLearning capabilities.
Recently hired, Dr. David Yager was appointed President of the
new business unit. Prior to joining RWD, Dr. Yager was
distinguished professor and chair of the Visual Arts Department
at UMBC where he attracted national attention for its Imaging
Research Center, Fine Arts Gallery, and MFA program in Imaging
and Digital Arts.
Latitude360 combines more than 10 years of experience in business
systems implementation, CRM, human performance improvement, and
eLearning to deliver solutions that deliver business results by
focusing on the needs of end users. According to a company
official, they offer their customers everything from soup to nuts
and that's how they differentiate themselves from competitors.

United States and one office in the United Kingdom. More than
half the staff works in the Columbia, MD office. Most of the

Latitude360's future headquarters will be at the Applied
Technology Laboratory, a 63,000-square-foot facility that is
